Terms & Conditions
Last updated 12 June 2026
1. About these terms
- These terms govern every purchase from Outdoor Sport Courts (“we”, “us”) at outdoorsportcourts.com. Placing an order means you accept them — please read them together with our Privacy Policy and 10-Year Warranty.
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
- An order is confirmed once your payment clears and you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order with a full refund at our discretion (for example, a pricing or stock error) before production begins.
2. Your design & the sign-off
- Every court is custom-built from the design you create — the size, colours, line markings and logos you see in the designer are exactly what the factory produces.
- At checkout you approve your design by typing your full name (the design sign-off). This locks the design for production: please check dimensions, colours and artwork carefully before approving.
- Courts are built from whole 304.8 mm tiles, so final dimensions follow whole-tile counts as shown in the designer and on your spec sheet.
- On-screen colours are a close guide but can vary with screens and outdoor light. Physical colour samples are available on request before you order — email [email protected].
3. Custom orders & change of mind
- Because every court is made to order to your approved design, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once production has started. You acknowledge this at checkout before paying.
- Realised you've made a mistake? Contact [email protected] immediately — if production has not yet started we will do everything we reasonably can to amend or cancel the order.
- Nothing in this section affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty or misdescribed goods (see section 8).
4. Payment
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Depending on your location, card, Klarna and Zip may be offered at checkout.
- We never see or store your card number — payment details go directly to Stripe.
- If a clear pricing error occurs (for example, a system fault showing the wrong total), we may cancel and refund the order in full rather than supply at the erroneous price.
5. Delivery
- Every court is custom-built, so plan on approximately 8–10 weeks from order to arrival: around 4–5 weeks production plus freight. These timeframes are our honest estimates, not a guarantee — global shipping can occasionally add time, and we'll keep you informed.
- We deliver Australia-wide and to 40+ countries. Australian delivery is either costed at checkout by postcode or quoted within 1 business day of ordering; international delivery is quoted at checkout.
- For international orders, any import duties, customs charges or local taxes levied by your country are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your nominated address. Title passes once payment has been received in full.
- Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any transit damage or shortage to [email protected] within 7 days, with photos — we'll make it right.
- You're responsible for ensuring reasonable delivery access for a palletised freight delivery at the nominated address.
6. Your responsibilities
- Site and base preparation is your responsibility. The tiles need a firm, flat base (existing concrete, asphalt or a properly compacted pad) — our Installation guides at outdoorsportcourts.com/guides set out exactly what's required.
- Installation is by you (or your contractor) following the supplied guide: interlocking tiles, edging and anchors. No adhesives or trades are required.
- Confirm your measurements before the design sign-off — your spec sheet shows every dimension, including the slab size if you're pouring new concrete.
7. Logos & intellectual property
- By uploading artwork you confirm you own it or hold the rights to reproduce it on your court, and you indemnify us against claims arising from artwork you supply.
- Licensed sports marks (for example NBA team logos) are subject to licensing verification before production.
- We may decline to produce any artwork we reasonably believe infringes a third party's rights or is offensive — if that happens before production we'll work with you on a replacement or refund the logo component.
- The Outdoor Sport Courts name, site, designer and content remain our property. Your design remains yours — we only use it to build your court (and as described in our Privacy Policy).
8. Warranty & Australian Consumer Law
- Every court carries our 10-Year Warranty — see the full policy for coverage and claims.
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- Our warranty benefits are in addition to those statutory rights, not instead of them.
9. Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the goods is limited to the replacement of the goods or resupply of the affected tiles.
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- We are not liable for issues caused by an unsuitable or unprepared base, installation contrary to the supplied guide, or modifications to the product.
10. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- We may update these terms from time to time — the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
- Questions, claims or anything else: [email protected] — a real person reads every email.
