10-Year Warranty
Last updated 12 June 2026
The promise
- Every Outdoor Sport Courts court is covered by a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects — including cracking, warping, interlock failure and excessive UV fade — under normal residential and recreational use.
- The warranty starts on the date of delivery and applies to the original purchaser at the original installation address.
- Warranty service is simple because the product is modular: approved claims are resolved with free replacement tiles (or edging/anchor parts), shipped to you — no resurfacing, no contractors.
What's covered
- Cracking or splitting of tiles under normal residential use.
- Excessive UV fading — colour drift clearly beyond normal industry tolerance for outdoor polypropylene over the period.
- Interlock or anchor-point failure not caused by installation error or base movement.
- Manufacturing faults in supplied edging, corners and anchors.
What's not covered
- Damage from an unsuitable or unprepared base (for example uneven, unstable or eroding surfaces) or installation contrary to the supplied guide, including missing anchors.
- Damage from vehicles, sharp objects, dragged furniture or equipment, fire, or chemical spills and solvents.
- Normal cosmetic wear — light scuffing and gradual, even colour mellowing within industry tolerances.
- Extreme events: flood, fire, hail over 25 mm, earth movement and similar.
- Commercial-intensity use, unless agreed with us in writing at the time of order.
How to claim
- Email [email protected] with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.
- We respond within 5 business days with next steps — most claims are assessed from photos alone.
- Approved claims receive free replacement tiles/parts shipped to your nominated address. You click them in — replacing a single tile takes about a minute.
Your statutory rights
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- The benefits under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under law. This warranty is given by Outdoor Sport Courts — contact: [email protected].
- Claiming under this warranty costs you nothing beyond your own expenses in making the claim (for example photos and email).
