Multi-sport court layouts
How one court hosts basketball, pickleball, netball, volleyball and more — overlay line colours, combinations that work, and the sizes that fit them.

The highest play-value per square metre comes from one court that hosts several games. The trick is doing it without the surface turning into a plate of spaghetti — and that's a line-colour problem, solved at the design stage.
How overlays work
Your primary sport gets full regulation markings in your main line colour (usually white). Each additional sport is overlaid in a second, contrasting line colour — solar yellow is the popular pick — so each game reads instantly and nobody's arguing about which line is the sideline. In the designer, overlay lines snap to regulation geometry and can be nudged and rotated to sit exactly where you want them.
Combinations that work
- ✓Basketball + pickleball — the most popular combo; the pickleball court sits across the half-court with room to spare
- ✓Basketball + netball shooting circle — the 4.9 m netball D overlays the far baseline for goal practice
- ✓Pickleball + badminton — near-identical footprints; one net, two games
- ✓+ volleyball or four square — fit comfortably on the larger multi-sport sizes

| Court | Overall size | Area | Price |

A note on netball
A full regulation netball court is 30.5 m × 15.25 m — bigger than most blocks. That's why the designer offers a shooting-circle variant: the regulation 4.9 m goal circle and goal line overlaid on a backyard-size court, which covers the practice that actually happens at home. (A full netball court is absolutely buildable if you have the room — schools and clubs do it on our stadium-size layouts.)
